Recently there’s an issue where MacOS users may encounter a repeated password prompt in the Outlook for Mac desktop client. As a result of impactusers may be unable to access their mailbox. The problem occurs when Turkish is selected as the primary language. Currently our related team is working on it.
May I know if that’s your scenario? Whether affected account is Microsoft 365 Business online account? Whether affected Outlook for Mac is the new Outlook for Macor legacy Outlook for Mac?
Regarding “keeps asking you to login and says there is a problem with logging in”if possiblecould you please share one screenshot of issue symptom with me for checking? To protect your privacywe recommend you remove personal information such as email address before sharing.
