We were out for a walk around 7pm last night at 29th and Rayes St with our stroller and dog when a woman suddenly started cursing and yelling at ussaying“If you have a stroller and a dogyou should pay tax! ” It felt really strange and uncomfortable. Just wanted to share in case anyone else has had a similar experience in the area.
