If you have a BPI deposit accountcredit cardor loan account you can register for BPI online through the BPI app or via web browser.

BPI app

1. Download the BPI app on the device with the SIM card that receives BPI OTPs.

2. Open the app and select New to the app? Register now

3. Select the type of BPI product that you have (deposit accountcredit cardor loan). If you have severalyou only have to choose one.

4. Enter the required details and your birthdaythen tap Continue

5. Create a username and password for your online account.

6. Enter the email address where you want to receive account notifications.

7. Enter the One-Time PIN sent to your registered mobile number.

When you’re doneyou’ll see the login screen. Just enter the username and password you created in step 4 and start using the app!

You can use the same username and password to log in to your account via web browser at online.bpi.com.ph

BPI via web browser

1. Go to BPI onlinethen click Register now

2. Select the BPI product that you haveenter the required details and your birthdaythen click Continue

3. Create a username and password for your online account.

4. Enter the email address where you want to receive account notifications.

5. Enter the One-Time PIN sent to your registered mobile number.

A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you entered in step 4.

Once you’ve registeredyou can use the same username and password to log in to the BPI app.

Existing BPI customers with a BPI deposit accountcredit cardor loan can register for BPI online.

If you don’t have any of these yet and you are a Filipino citizen that is above 18 years old and has a permanent address in the Philippinesyou can easily open a BPI #SaveUp account and register for BPI online through the BPI app. Here’s how:

1. Download the BPI app from Google Play Store or App Store on the mobile phone where you’d like to receive BPI OTPs.

2. Open the app and select Open a bank account now

3. Select which one of the accepted government IDs you have on hand

These are the accepted IDs:

• National ID
• Driver’s license
• Passport
• Postal ID
• PRC ID
• SSS ID
• UMID

4. Confirm your age and citizenship

5. Provide your mobile number and email address

6. Enter the One-Time PIN sent to your mobile address

7. Agree to the terms and conditions

8. Enter your personal details as they appear on the government ID you selected in step 2

9. Scan your ID with the app

• Tips:
  • Place your ID on a flat surface
  • Capture the whole ID
  • Make sure the photo is in focus and not blurred
  • Do not take the photo in the dark
  • Avoid reflections and glare

10. Take a selfie

11. Enter the rest of the required information

That’s it! You can now add money to your new BPI account by depositing at any branch or BPI Cash Acceptance Machineor transfer from another bank or e-wallet via InstaPay or PESONet.

You can also log in to the BPI app or via web browser at online.bpi.com.ph with the username and password you created when you opened your account.

If you're sure you’re using the same mobile number as when you opened your BPI account and you’re in the Philippinestry these things:

• Tap or click Resend code via SMS once it turns blue on your screen.
• Check if your cell signal is strong. If it isn’tmove to a place with a stronger signal before trying again.
• Delete older messages on your phone. It may have run out of space to receive a text.
• For Androidcheck your SMS Junk/Spam folder. Look for a text from BPI.
• Turn airplane mode on and offor restart your phone.

In the Philippines

Visit the closest BPI branch with proof of billing and a valid government ID.

Outside of the Philippines

Give us a call. Look for the number for the toll-free BPI Contact Center in your country here. For your securitydocuments will be requested.

If you have a BPI online account and a BPI debit card

Log in to the BPI appthen tap More > Security > Update mobile number. Enter your debit card number and new mobile number.

Once the update is a success onlineactivate your new mobile number by going to the nearest BPI branch ATM within 5 banking days.

If you don’t have a BPI online account or a BPI debit card

Visit the nearest BPI branch. Bring proof of billing and a valid government ID.

If you’re not in the Philippines

Call us through the toll-free BPI Contact Center in your country. For your securitydocuments will be requested.

If you’ve already registered for BPI onlinebut can’t remember your login detailsthe first thing you’ll need to do is retrieve your username via the BPI app.

Follow these steps:

1. Download the BPI app on the device with your registered mobile number.

2. Open the appthen tap Forgot username

3. Select a BPI product that you have.

a. Deposit account

b. Debit card

c. Credit Card

d. Consumer loan

If you have several productsyou only need to choose one.

4. Enter the account details of the product you selected and your date of birth.

5. Confirm your registered mobile numberthen tap Send SMS. BPI will create a secure SMS with username retrieval.*

For Android Users:

Your device will automatically send the secured SMS to BPI.

For iOS users:

You will be redirected to your SMS messaging app. Do not edit the message; just tap the send button.

6. Once you’ve been verifiedyou’ll be directed to a screen with a masked version of your username. Tap the eye icon on the right to reveal your username.

Once you have your usernamereset your password through BPI online.

Here’s how:

1. Open your web browser and type in “online.bpi.com.ph”

2. Click Forgot password.

3. Type your usernameand select a BPI product that you have:

a. Deposit account

b. Debit card

c. Credit Card

d. Consumer loan

If you have several productsyou only need to choose one.

7. Enter the details of the product you selectedand your date of birth.

If you have more than one account or cardyou need to enter only one account or card number.

8. Create a new password and confirm the password by re-typing it.

9. Enter the One-Time PIN (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number.
