Your account security is our priorityso Device Registration authenticated via SMS is required if this is your very first time registering a device. Simply follow these steps:

1. Download the BPI app on the device that has the SIM that receives One-Time PINs from BPI.

2. Make sure your SIM can send one (1) text message.

3. Open the apptap Begin > Secure SMS.

4. Tap Send SMS.

Do not switch apps during this process. This is what to expect after you tap Send SMSdepending on the device you use:

Android users

You’ll be asked to allow the BPI app to send SMS Messages and Get Device info. Select Always allow.

The app will automatically send the registration text message for you.

iOS users

The app will open Messagesand you’ll see a message that looks like this:

Just tap Send.

If you’re registering an additional devicemake sure your primary device has Mobile Key turned onthen follow these steps:

1. Download the BPI app on the other device.

2. Open the app then tap Begin > Mobile Key.

3. You’ll receive a push notification on your primary device. Tap itthen enter your Mobile Key PIN or use biometrics.

4. Tap It was me to approve the registration of your new device.

That’s it! For your securityour systems will double-check to make sure it’s you. This takes up to 24 hours. You’ll receive an SMS and email notification once you can view your BPI accounts and start transactions through your newly registered device. Please note that you’ll still need your primary device to approve transactions with Mobile Key.

Yesyou can view your BPI transaction history from the last three months.

When you log in to the appyou’ll see a list of your accounts on the home screen. Just tap on the account you want to see the history of.

From thereyou’ll see the list of transactions you’ve made with that specific account. You have the option to download a copy by following these steps:

1. Tap My Statements

2. Select the date range you want to see in your file

3. Tap Download

Yesyou can download bank statements of your account from before you had the app.

When you log in to the appyou’ll see a list of your accounts on the home screen. Just tap on the account you want to get the statement of and follow these steps:

1. Tap My Statements

2. Select the date range you want to see in your file

3. Tap Download

Yesbut it's best to generate a new QR code with the InstaPay logo. Here's how:

1. Log in to the BPI app or through a web browser.

2.Tap More > Generate QR.

• When using the BPI appyou may also tap the QR icon at the bottom of your screen to access the Generate QR button faster.

3.Select the account you want to generate a QR code for.

4.Enter the nickname you want to be displayed on top of your QR codethen tap Generate.

That’s it! Save your QR code to your device so you can conveniently access and share it anytime.

You’ll need to be registered in BPI onlinebut you can do that through the app.

Here’s how:

1. Download the BPI app on the device that has the SIM that receives BPI OTPs.

2. Open the app and select New to the app? Register now.

3. Select the type of BPI product that you have (deposit accountcredit cardor loan).

• If you have severalyou only have to choose one.

4. Enter the required details and your birthdaythen tap Continue

5. Create a username and password for your BPI online account.

6. Enter the email address where you want to receive account notifications.

7. Enter the One-Time PIN sent to your registered mobile number.

When you’re doneyou’ll see the login screen. Just enter the username and password you created in step 4 and start using the app!

You can use the same username and password to log in to your account via web browser at online.bpi.com.ph
