Positive review from them. Confirms what many of us know. . . MDX strikes a great balance between sport and utility and comfort and luxury (adjacent).

While it's encouraging that C&D has given the 2025 MDX a very good reviewmost of what they gush over was already there in the 2022-24 models that they found well behind the competitionespecially the Type S. Now they say"Leaving the Type S parked is a terrible waste thoughbecause it's genuinely fun to drive. It's not just fun for a seven-seaterit's a good-handlingquick machine with comfortable yet responsive ride motions." The new touch screen didn't create that and the inevitable future comparisons to MercedesAudi and BMW offerings will do doubt find it lacking the competition yet againeven though the German models cost a lot more with the same features that come standard with the Type S.
The mirror view cam on the mdx is still something I miss when I drive my BMW. Overall the 360 cam is better in the bimmer and the overhead front view is better.... but that mirror cam ain't there and it's an amazing thing to have.
There were plenty of reviewers who saw the mdx for what it was the first time around. Just have to learn what reviewers are not worth listening to. There are many that suck.

Sure - the X5/X7 is still the "better SAV". The price difference is up to you. Though most would say the price delta from an MDX to the type-S is not worth it either!

After wrestling with either buying my 22 MDX Advance at lease end OR leasing a new 25 MDX A-Spec AdvanceI have elected to go with the new MDX . Despite that they have eliminated SAT Radio unit forcing the use of the Sirius APP to play it. I am scheduled to pick it up today. The dealer called yesterday to say that they had to apply the latest Recall (which I saw posted on a forum about the Screen going Black!). Urban Gray Pearl / Orchid Interior.
Update.... Really nice Car. Love the colors. I will confirm tho albeit I need to play with some features especially using Sirius in AAit is a PIA not having the SAT RADIO. Easy Peasy. And IMHOthe ELS system in my 22 MDX was better. I need to play with system settingsbut I barely adjusted nothing in the ELS system. She does ride a little better and it is a bit quieter. These are the initial comments.
