Tracfone Balances Zeroed out

We have 6 primary lines on TFall on iPhones. Four are fineand two are zeroed out. The two zeroed out ones are a harvested qvc unlimited plan that was returned to the TF iPhone SE and the other is a bucket plan on a BYOP SIM.
 
I have a TF Samsung (BYOP) and two iPhones - a TF SE2 (Branded) and SE3 (BYOP).

All in same account. All have correct expiration dates.

The Samsung is zero'ed out and the 2 iPhones have correct balances when checked on site/app/611611.

The Samsung works fine with calls/text/5GUW data.

If like last time when this happened the zeroed out balance should self correct soon.

Samsung still showing no balance. My 2 iPhones continue to be ok.

Last time this happened was on a Tuesday (weekday) April 2nd 2024 and it seemed to last a few hours.

So maybe between now and Tuesday it should fix itself.

That the phone service still works is a hint that the balance is likely still there it's just not being displayed correctly atm.
 
I have 4 phonesall TF brandedall on Verizon.
Only 1 had their balances zeroed out. It also happens to be the one with the most accumulated numbers - over 10K in each bucket.

Sohow long do we wait?
 
My parents' 2 lines on TF iPhone 11 phones and 1 extra line on a TF Moto G 5G (2024) XT2417Dall in the same accountare all showing correct balances.

I only waited 5 minutes the last time this happened before I contacted corporate and got an extra 10k MTD added to my buckets on one line. It was added with the assumption the bucket amounts were permanently missing as the first installment and then the system a few minutes later self corrected (they had no idea what was happening) so i had the extra amount they added on top of my system restored balances which they gave me/let me keep for my trouble.

This time I'm not going to bother contacting support since it will likely self correct like last time (the phones are working) and my line that was affected this time has low buckets. I imagine it should be better by end of Tuesday but who knows with Tracfone.
 
My two Blu Flex lines have been zeroed out (haven't turned them on yet to check if they are still working). My other two lines (everything is currently in individual accounts) seem unaffected.
 
on my zeroed line the data section says 'bytes used' on my ones still showing balances says 'MB left' or 'GB left'

seems maybe the meters shifted from balance or a usage meter
 
I tested talk/text on one of the Blus with 0'ed out data and both workedso I do think its just a display issue like last time.

EDIT: But the other one won't talk or textso its definitely still a problem. For me this is the same one that was zeroed out before (and the phone had no service at all) and I had to have them manually restore the balance in addition to activating the phone. This time the phone is activejust has no service at all.
 
One of my iPhones that was fine before has now joined in on the fun. It works fine as far as call/text/data.

So one TF samsung BYOP and one iPhone Branded.

The other one is still showing normal balance.
 
I just called the Tracfone corporate office and asked about the missing balances and a rep told me that TF is doing a system migration.

According to rep it started on March 13th and is scheduled to last until March 21st.

TF is moving to a flat end system.

Rep read my balances to me on both zeroed out lines and they were accurate. They matched my screeen shot info.

According to the rep. once on the new system we should see the bucket unit balances again.
 
The number I called btw is 1 800 626-4883 x3324

I entered the x3324 a few seconds or so after the voice prompt started which of course states that the offices are currently closed.

Rep confirmed to me that I reached the Tracfone corporate office when I asked her.

Not sure about the flat end system. Rep told me all of this once and then after checking my balances on two lines and reading them to me I asked her again to make sure I had the info correct.

Apparently her name was "Clarence" based on text received survey.
 
Maybe "flattened system"

As in consolidatedintegrated

as opposed to the mishmash of separatedonly loosely connected systems they've been working with for decades

Certainly would be nice if they posted something to their site. I guess they don't mind a bunch of people calling with the same question.;)
 
hmmi wonder what exactly is a 'flat end system'
I don't know if Information Technology got away from me after I retired in 2012 or whatbut I've never heard of "Flat End system" in my 35 years working in IT. Googling it today didn't return anything relevant either.
