I can't log into Tracfone...

I can't get into my account on Tracfone's website.
I've tried various browserscleared cookiesprivate windowsdisabled blockersetc.
Every timethe page blinks after pressing "Login" and just sits there -- the same thing happens when trying to submit for "forgot password".
I'm logged into the app and can see my dashboardjust fine. But I'm afraid to log out of itright now.

Is it just me or are others seeing issues with logging in to TF?
Any ideas for what might be my problem?
 
I had that happen to me recentlyand took the advice of the fantastic people here to get my problem solved - the trick is to just let TF be TFand give it some time. It lets you login after a while. I remember I literally slept over itand it was working fine the next day.
 
I had troubles logging in this morningthe site was non-responsive. But it's working for me now (2:40PM Central) using Firefox on my Windows laptop.
 
i have had a few times where i could not login and cleared my browser cookies (just for the tracfone.com domain) and was immiediatly able to login again.
 
Was working for me about 1620EST when I logged in to harvest some rewards points.

Did not work for me a couple of days ago when it told me my account did not exist. That cleared up after 30 minutes or so.

My guess is that they are messing with the web site/OLAM for something about the Verizon takeover. That's just pure speculation.
 
Happened to me yesterday with Firefox and Chrome. Logged into app without any problem though.
 
Just TF jerking around. On Page Plus there's no login link at all for several days now. You can't even begin to login there unless you edit the url with /login. I told them about it but no change. Doubt they even passed it on to their IT.
 
Latelyafter entering username and passwordthen clicking LOG INthe screen flashes but does nothing. I just click LOG IN againand the account info shows up.
 
Update: Must have been TF system glitches. I can log in without any issuesnow.

HEY ALEX .....Get PagePlus to put the "Account Login" link back on the home page !
 
Same thing has been happening to me for weeks. Still cannot log in.
 
I've tried that many times on Chrome and Firefoxstill same results. Can't log in.
 
Yessame problem here. Been trying to get them for nearly 2 months to fix itbut to no avail. My daughters are both having the same issue.
 
I was having issues logging into the Straight Talk site earlier.

Then about two hoursI was able to log in finally.

Can you log in through the app?
If you can then simply change your password in the app. You should then be able to sign on in the browser with the updated password.
 
I wasn't able to login to the site w/any browser earlier but now can log in with Chrome and move aroundadd things to cart etc.
 
There were login problems with TF-related websites earlier today. I couldn't sign on to my TF and TW accounts this morningbut they are all working now..
