Does anybody have trouble with their air handler gathering mold? Our air serviceman told me we have got mold starting to grow and would need an $800.00 ultraviolet light installed.
We have only been here a bit over a yearis this something common down here?

I had toxicdeadly black mold on the coils of my AC Handler and was so very sick without knowing about the mold. Unfortunately after a year of living in the moldy environment and getting sicker and sicker...and almost dead,... I found the mold and had Richard from MidState AC come out and clean out my entire HVAC System and install 2 UV lights. I also called a company called Mold Zero to come out and holistically clean/de-mold my entire home. Too bad no doctor or test can detect this in the human body!!! It was a horrible experience.A. C.

Mold Issue. Guyshas anyone had a mold issue in your house? I’ve been having bad allergy since this winter. Something in my house causes it. Recently I hired a company to test air quality in my house. They detected a lot of mold spores in air indoor. 8 times more than it should be to be safe. They have not found any moist areas where mold could grow though. I try to figure it out what to do next. Using a HEPA air filter now. It helps a little bitbut I still have to resolve the mold problem.
If anyone got similar issue and found how to fix itcould you tell me what was that? Are there companies that specialize in mold issues? Any recommendations are welcome. Thank you.
