With NSW surpassing the 70% double-dose vaccination milestoneCOVID related restrictions have begun to ease across the state from 12.01am MondayOctober 11th in what's being titled as 'Freedom Day'.
The easing of restrictions include:
• People will be allowed to venture more than five kilometres from their homes.
• Gymscafesrestaurantspoolsshopshairdressersand beauticians will reopen
• Indoor and outdoor gatherings will also be permittedwith caps increased earlier this week to 10 and 30 people respectively.

The current restrictions allow people to exercise or shop in their local government areaor if outside their LGAwithin 5km of home. People in LGAs of concern must still exercise and shop within 5km of home.
