”加盟組合の奮闘により早期・高水準の賃上げが続く”
第1の集中回答日を終え、妥結状況を報告する永島会長（13日午後）
2025賃金闘争が本格化しています。2025年3月12日、UAゼンセンは第1の集中回答日（Aグループヤマ場）を迎え、各加盟組合の粘り強い交渉の結果、早期・高水準での妥結が相次ぎました。今次闘争では、昨年と同様に300名未満の組合が300名以上の妥結を上回っています。また、9年連続で短時間（パートタイム）組合員が正社員の妥結を上回る賃上げを獲得しています。
集中回答日翌日の13日午後、UAゼンセンは報道関係者ら26社46名出席のもと、記者会見を開催しました。冒頭、永島智子会長は「第一の集中回答日を迎え、過去最高となった昨年に続き、3年連続で高水準と言える賃上げ結果となった。今次闘争は2023・2024と続いた賃上げの流れの『定着』へ向けた正念場であり、また正社員と短時間組合員という雇用形態間の格差是正を『加速』する正念場でもある。集中回答日以前から早期・高水準の満額回答で妥結を出したことで、高水準の賃上げの定着と格差是正の加速へ向けた流れをつくり、企業規模間格差の是正についても一定の前進をはかることができた。組合員からの期待はもとより、第二・第三の集中回答日に続く中小組合からの期待を背負って交渉に当たり、高額回答を引き出した加盟組合の健闘に敬意を表したい。引き続き、業種・地域における共闘体制と個別支援を強化し、生活向上を実感できる実質賃金の引き上げを実現する」と述べました。

3月13日10時時点の妥結組合数・組合員数
・正社員139組合、短時間（パート）95組合、契約社員15組合。合計76万名強の組合員の賃上げが決まりました。
・なお、直近の集計（3日13日時点）による妥結総合計は、正社員組合員17,046円（5.37％）、短時間組合員75.7円（6.53％）となっています。※いずれも加重平均
