Nutrition Expert recommends Rwandans to eat food supplements

Jean Pierre Niyonshutinutrition expert who currently works under the nutrition cabinets in Rwanda calls everyone to eat food supplements in their daily dietary routine to help the body sustain the immune system.
“People need to seek support from nutritionists to know kinds of food supplements their bodies need. The experts also help people to first of all understand the reason to take certain supplements. There are some food supplements dedicated to people with Non-Communicable Diseasesit can depend on which diseases you sufferand the nutritionist can give you a necessary supplement’s to boots your body immunity,” Niyonshuti said.
He was speaking to the media on FridayJanuary 62023in Kigali during the launch of Hagali-TREC NUTRITION product line launch in Rwanda.

She gave an example of the situations where people need such vitamins like during Covid-19 when patients were obliged to eat vitamins to help immune system.
Sportspersons speak out
Abdul RwatubyayeRayon Sport captain who participated at the launch of the product line of food supplements said that people who do sports need food supplementsnoting that it is now an opportunity as producers have made a variety of supplements for anyone who practices sports.

“Myself I am using food some food supplements for two weeks ago and I need them in my daily dietary routine. I am recovering from an injuryand I need to regain body energy endurance,” Rwatubyaye said.
