We have been experiencing a stressful plumbing issue and Roto Rooter’s team was terrific in trying to solve the mystery and issue. Justinthe tech who came out to snake out the drain pipe in our laundry room was a gem. He was very professionalarticulate in discussing the issue with us and explaining our options to solving the problems. He was respectful of the of the space he was working in and left it immaculate when he finished the job. A big thank you to Justin!

Landon fixed our issue of clogged drains. He has a great understanding of problem solving and is super knowledgeable. He had all the equipment including camera and hydrojet as well as being very politefriendly and an excellent communicator.

I used another company to resolve a clogged drainwhich resulted in a broken pipe. This was a difficult fix given there was no clear access to the pipe for an easy fix. Kheigan listened to my unconventional idea to instead open the back of my house and this made all the difference. I’m replacing the siding as a project early next yearso I was not concerned with this minor inconvenience. Keegan was very mindful to not damage the existing siding so I could put it back up until the replacement project begins. Thank you so much for the good experience and a relatively easyquick fix.

We had our loose faucets in the kitchen and bathtub fixed. Frankie went above and beyond to explain everythingand gave us all the information we needed. He was friendly and did an excellent job.
