我上午在几个群及微博，都在转发并解释此消息。
因为对我而言，包括自用，更包括向他人推广，都影响极大。
之前还曾向官方反馈过商用许可的建议，并获赠了一年商用许可。

自今日起，Obsidian商业许可证转为可选。任何人都能免费将Obsidian用于工作场景。如果Obsidian为您的组织带来效益，您仍可购买商业许可证以支持开发工作。
其他政策维持不变。无需注册，无广告，无数据追踪，无任何附加条件。您的数据仍完全由您掌控，以纯文本Markdown文件本地存储。所有功能均免费开放，无使用限制。
为何做出此项调整？一切为了简化。原有的商业许可证条款存在理解门槛，给定价体系带来了额外的复杂。此外，《Obsidian宣言》明确指出：“我们坚信每个人都应拥有清晰思考与高效管理思维的利器”。这项调整，让我们更接近上述理念。
目前全球已有超过1万家组织的成员使用Obsidian。众多用户身处政府机关、网络安全、医疗健康、金融等高敏感行业。包括亚马逊、谷歌在内的世界级企业，每天都有数千名员工使用Obsidian进行高效知识管理。这些团队依托Obsidian实现思维跃升，同时确保核心数据全程自主可控。
此前，员工规模两人及以上的企业用户需购买商业许可证，方能将Obsidian用于工作场景。新政实施后，商业许可证不再是强制要求，但仍作为企业支持Obsidian发展的可选途径，类似于个人用户赞助（Catalyst）许可证。
支持Obsidian发展的企业，会展示在Obsidian企业版专属页面。您的企业购买25份及以上许可证，即可获得展示资格。
除商业许可证和赞助许可证外，我们的增值服务——同步（Sync）与发布（Publish）功能，持续为Obsidian提供100%用户支撑的运营模式。未来我们计划推出更多团队协作功能。这些服务始终遵循自主选择原则，绝不会成为强制消费项。

- Obsidian 在个人使用方面，非常宽松，甚至佛系，不像某些产品那样，使劲推广来提升付费转化率。
- 但在商用许可方面，却非常严格，用详细的举例进行了限制。
- 所以，尽管我：获赠过商用许可；付费过 Publish；也是 VIP 级别的赞助用户，
- 但我只用 Obsidian 做其他记录；而用 Vim 或 Logseq 来处理工作内容；基本不向职场人士推荐Obsidian；也经常纠正别人对 Obsidian 免费 的扩大化理解。

Nothing else is changing. No account requiredno adsno trackingno strings attached. Your data remains fully in your controlstored locally in plain text Markdown files. All features are available to you for free without limits.
Why make this change? Simplicity. The Commercial license terms were confusing and added unnecessary complexity to our pricing. Furthermoreas the Obsidian Manifesto states: “we believe that everyone should have the tools to think clearly and organize ideas effectively”. This change brings us closer to that principle.
People in over 10,000 organizations use Obsidian. Many work in high-security environmentslike governmentcybersecurityhealthcareand finance. Some of the largest organizations in the worldincluding Amazon and Googlehave thousands of employees using Obsidian every day. These teams rely on Obsidian to think more effectively and keep total ownership over private data.
Previouslypeople at companies with two or more employees were required to purchase a Commercial license to use Obsidian for work. Going forwardthe Commercial license is no longer requiredbut remains an optional way for organizations to support Obsidiansimilar to the Catalyst license for individuals.
Organizations that support Obsidian are now featured on the Obsidian Enterprise page. Your organization can be showcased by purchasing 25 licenses or more.

确实，原来有误导，现在简单了，真免费了。
既说明 Obsidian 收入充足，也体现了善意
不是这么说，公司商业使用付费软件有审计和法律风险，必须考虑是正版还是盗版，个人使用就无所谓了

官网的使用条款（英文），仍然写的是个人用于工作场景（获取报酬的）都视为商用，不是免费的。以谁为准呢？
