The changes to Your Telstra Tools that were scheduled for 8 November have been moved to 13 November 2025.
Your Business ID and username will continue working until 10pm AEDT 12 November.

Enterprise customers
We've added some options for paying your bills
- Call 1300 369 666 and follow the prompts. You'll need your Telstra account number. Pay by chequesavings or debit account.
- BPAY is available using your biller code and Bill reference numberfound at the bottom of your bill.
- Direct Debit removes the need for manual payments and it's easy to set up
- Post offices and Telstra stores accept payments. Fees may apply.
