Andevery 2 monthsincoming newbies take part in Onboarding Weekswhere they get 2 weeks to mingle and understand the company's different aspects.
BlaBlaTalks and CEO Talks
Every monthwe get together for the BlaBlaTalk where teams share their latest projects with the rest of the company. And every quarterwe receive an update from our CEO on how the company is going and what's ahead.
Office activities
There's never a dull moment at BlaBlaCar! Our offices buzz with a wide range of activitiesfrom regular favorites like BlaBlaBreakfast and BlaBlaGardenPot Tech Afterworks to Yoga & Zumba classes. We also host special seasonal eventssuch as our end of year party. There's always something exciting happening.
Be the Impact
Be the Impact is a dynamic partnership between BlaBlaCar and Vendredi to allow all our employees to engage in volunteer work and create an impact during their working hours. On a global scaleour team members have the opportunity to collaborate with the Red Cross and support their vital humanitarian efforts. Additionallyat each local siteemployees can work with local NGOs that they voted for.
