The Mesui Hotel Bukit Bintang

I had a pleasant stay at Mesui Hotel. The location is very convenientclose to Bukit Bintangfood placesshopping areasand nightlife. The room was cleancomfortableand suitable for both short and business stays. The staff were friendlyhelpfuland check-in was smooth. The hotel has a modern and simple designwith a peaceful atmosphere despite being near the busy city area. Good value for moneyespecially for travelers looking for comfort at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

The service at the hotel was terrible. The room I received did not match the description at all. I was given a room with no windowand there were cockroaches running around — I killed three of them during my one-night stay. When I asked to change rooms because the one provided did not match what was advertisedmy request was simply rejected. The staff were not even willing to call the manager. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

No doubt the location was perfect!!! But the room was not as per my expectations. Upon check inalready saw a dead cockroach on the entrance. Okfine… day 3 saw again a big cockroach on the wall… the room have a very unpleasant smellit was like the smell from the drain… the toilet bowl was yellow n looks old. And have mosquitoes flying. Furthermore found the jelly cover in the tissue box which covered up by the tissue paper. But I believed this was sabotage by the previous customer. The worst thing is second nightmid nightsuddenly heard a man n a woman quarrelvery loud! Then follow by third night11pm+suddenly have drilling sound. Oh Gosh! Last for at least 30min… totally cannot sleep. But the floor was clean with no dust. If not because of budgetdeft will not go back again.. it was terrible compared with my last stayed on year 2023.

A very sulit hotel. The location is just within the city. The food (e.g.muffinsand breads) and coffee at the lobby is so good. The service is very commendable and the personnel are very approachable. They are good in speaking English language.
