We pride ourselves on the rigorous data collection process we've honed to deliver the most accurate and representative salary benchmarks.
Report methodology:
The Peopleconnexion Salary Survey collected data from February 2024 to May 2024and received over 3000 individual professional responses across Papua New Guineaboth local and expats. We also reached out to a broad number of clients and employerscollecting data from over 20 companiesrepresenting over 5,000 employees in PNGagain using local and expat data. These clients reported on salaryhiring intentionsbenefits and remuneration packages and general recruitment and HR trends.
AdditionallyPeopleconnexion PNG has leveraged on our Contractor and Placement databaseincluding data and roles from over 500 professionals' salaries in 2024.
This totals over 8,500 data points reported on in this edition of our Salary Guide.
The data gathered from our Salary Survey has been evaluated and analysed by an external actuarial consultant to produce the contents of The Guideand what we believe is the most accurate and up-to-date survey of its kind in the PNG jobs market.
