My AZ-305 certification recently expired because I missed the renewal window. I did not receive any renewal notification emails before the expirationwhich is why I was unable to complete the renewal assessment in time. I would like to kindly request whether any additional time or an exception could be granted in my case. If this is not possibleI completely understandbut I would appreciate it if you could review my situation and advise on any available options.Looking for advice on collaborating with complementary Microsoft partners

We are a longstanding Microsoft partner (AOS-G and CSP Direct Bill) and urgently need escalation. Our support channelsincluding GetHelp escalationhave been unable to resolve or explain an unexplained and unwarranted termination noticeand the 30-day clock is running. This directly impacts our mutual customers and if not resolved ASAP. What Happened January 292026: We received a 30-day termination notice stating we have not met CSP direct bill eligibility requirements. We are indeed compliant and believe this is an error. We provided evidence of compliance to Support and GetHelp several timesbut no one has been able to identify what requirement we allegedly fail to meet or propose a solution. They continually say they are working on the issue and will get back to us in a couple days. Notablywe did not receive a 90-day or 60-day advance notice as required by Microsoft's documented process for at risk Direct Sell partners. We confirmed via Exchange message trace that no related emails were received in the prior 90 days. January 20: Nine days before the noticewe began receiving Error 715-123220 preventing us from adding new customers in Partner Centersuggesting our capabilities were already restricted before we were even notified. Tickets Needing Escalation #1 — GetHelp #11414107 / Support Request #2602030010000038 CSP Direct Bill termination notice. No substantive response beyond "we are working on it." #2 — GetHelp #11412447 / Support Request #2601200010001797 Error 715-123220 preventing new customer additions since January 20. Same status. Microsoftplease help: We request these tickets be escalated to the appropriate CSP or Legal team for immediate review and to stop the termination process ASAP. Any Microsoft staff who can assist — we would be deeply grateful! Thank yousincerely. ShaySolvedUnable to complete Partner Center Enrollment
Hello I am trying to enroll in the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program. I can get through the process (fill out company informationetc.) but when I go to the final acceptance form and click submitit constantly throws an error: I can sign in to the Partner Center but cannot open a support ticket because the "contact support" dialogue has no entry for workspace and will not let me enter anything: Is there a workaround to submit a ticket on this?SolvedPartner Success Core Benefits updates..?

I am listening for years that Azure Sponsorship type of Azure subscriptions will get Azure Cost Management. This includes the view of prices inside portal.azure.commanaging budgetschecking each individual resources etc. Current / old portal - https://www.microsoftazuresponsorships.com/Usage does not show costs per each resource (name)instead only per resources type. Not possible to set budgetsalertslimitsand other things. Soagainwhen does Microsoft plans to upgrade Azure sponsorships to use Cost Management? As communicated earlierthe Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program benefit offerings—including partner benefits packagesSolutions Partner designationsand specializations—will be updated later this month to support how you builddifferentiateand grow your business. The per-user monthly Azure credits associated with this benefit will no longer be available. You can still access organization-level Azure bulk credits that come with your benefits offering. This may require an Azure subscription migration for users to continue accessing creditsand we strongly recommend a change management plan for this transition. In additionproduct keys will no longer be accessible within Visual Studio. Keys will instead be available as part of the benefits package(s) your organization holds and can be securely assigned to users directly from Partner Center. Please note that these changes will not be retroactively applied. They will go into effect when your organization renews its affected benefits offering(s) or if you activate a new offering on or after the February update. We have been partners for 20 years and using Partner benefits. AgainMicrosoft tries to lower benefitsand in parallel benefit package price will increase (due to different reasons). This discussion and community of partnersshould unit and tell to Microsoft Partner Benefits program that: Partners have employees/usersthat use current Visual Studio benefitthat is (like MSDN)having the user access to keys and Azure creditsfor specific user / employee need of testdevdemo etc. Azure Bulk credit was never the same and cannot be used as a same Azure Bulk credit / Azure sponsorshipdoes not have cost controlAzure budgets and other methods. (This is in plan to change for several yearsno progress) on Azure technical side. Will Microsoft increase Azure Bulk credits to compensate te amount of included benefit usage? DearMicrosoftplease leave current Partner Benefitswith full Visual Studioincluding Azure creditsand Keys for assigned userswithout moving to lower benefit - Visual Studio Lite. Thank you for understandingand hope this will not be active in production after partner renewals.692Views13likes6CommentsAccelerate your AI innovation with App Advisor

Please confirm that all developers of MS partners are losing the individual Azure credits (150$ monthly) in the new MAICPP benefits. We just realized that our team will lose the ability to test Marketplace solutionsand nowin the time that we are trying to enforce the usage and explore the AI technology possibilitiesit will set us back a lot. Alsothe increased bulk credits do not add upsince we have 35 developers who are using these creditstotaling 63k$ per yearopposed to the 16k$ increase of bulk credits (we have 4 areas) is a significant loss. How come Microsoft decided to stop supporting the development? Is there any way to change these new benefits? Or is there a way to keep these Azure creditsmaybe with an Enterprise agreement?Renew CSP subscription
Hi everyone I have a question regarding a CSP subscription renewal. I work for a company that is not a Microsoft partner. Previouslywe worked with a partner from whom we purchased Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO and some other licenses. We recently received an email from this former partner stating that we need to renew a CSP subscription. For your informationwe are a customernot a partner. Could you please clarify whether this CSP subscription is something we need to renew ourselvesor if this is the responsibility of the partner? I would also appreciate your adviceas I am concerned this might not be legitimate. Please correct me if I am wrong. Best regardsSeeking Guidance & Partners for Promoting Microsoft TSP Training

Hi Microsoft Elevate team FirstlyHappy New Year to you all! I wanted to reach out regarding an important update in the January 2026 Power Platform Licensing Guide. It appears that Power Apps per app licenses have been marked as “End of Sale,” which represents a significant change for nonprofits. Could you please provide clarity on the following points regarding the 10 free/grant Power Apps per app licenses? Until when will nonprofits be able to purchase these licenses? How long will existing licenses remain usable? (Ideallyat least 12 months if not longer.) Once the grant for per app licenses is discontinuedwill there be a comparable offering? e.g. grants for Power Apps Premium licenses? This is a significant part of Microsoft's nonprofit offer and a key reason many organisations choose the Power Platform over competing solutions. Nearly all of our nonprofit customers have leveraged this benefit and subsequently invested in additional Microsoft productsincluding Copilot. Discontinuing this could have a significant impact on both nonprofits and partners who serve them. I appreciate any guidance you can provide on this matter. Thank you MattSolvedHow do I know my company TSP status?
Does the Partnering Centre show the TSP status of a company once it has registeredand is there a way to verify this? Having received the confirmation email below and acted accordinglycan I begin delivering courses using an MCT with the appropriate competencies? This also leads to another question: is the first year of TSP admission primarily intended to build up the required metrics in the dashboard? Still albeit confusedeven after going through a similar question in some other thread and onboarding information provided in the email below. Every pointer is much needed and appreciated please. Take note of below I have received the welcome email and acted accordingly: Welcome to the Microsoft Training Services Partner Program! Went through and created below where needed Register for Microsoft Learn Admin Access – Create a Metrics that Matter survey account – Register for Pearson Vue and ALH accounts –(still having issues creating one) Familiarize yourself with the TSP dashboard on Partner Centre Kind Regards Solomon UwagboleSolvedIssues with Support
