Boa noite

Recebi um informe de rendimento da Caixa Economicaonde constas as seguintes informações :

3 - natureza do rendimento
8053 - IRRF - aplicações financ de ren

4 - rendimentos tributaveisdeduções e imposto ret fonte
01 total do rendimento R$ 590,00
05 Imposto retido na fonte R$ 132,75

Eu lanço na DIRPF em Rend Tribut Receb PJ o valor do rendimento e do imposto retido na fonte ??

Verifiquei estas informações se possivel alguem confirme para mim.

Saque de todo ou parte do Plano Gerador de Benefícios Livre - PGBL deve ser informado conforme consta do Informe de Rendimentos fornecido pela administradoraou sejana ficha "Rendimentos Tributáveis Recebidos de Pessoas Jurídicas - Pelo Titular". A fonte pagadora será a Administradora do Plano e o CNPJ o dela.

Saldos dos Planos Vida Gerador de Beneficio Livre - VGBL devem ser informados na ficha "Bens e Direitos". No campo "discriminação" o tipo de planoa administradora do plano e seu CNPJnos campos "Situação em 31/12/2005" e "Situação em 31/12/2006" os saldos nestas datas.

Contribuições pagas nos Planos Geradores de Beneficio Livres - PGBL devem ser informadas na ficha "Pagamentos e Doações Efetuados" com o código 13 "Contribuições a Entidades de Previdência Privada" Nome do Beneficiário (administradora do Plano) seu CNPJ e o valor pago. Este valor é limitado a 12% do total dos rendimentos tributáveis do Contribuinte e só será dedutível se houve (também) a contribuição para Previdência Oficial.

As orientações citadas por você estão corretas. Naturalmente no segundo item as datas não as apontadas e sim 31/12/2009 e 31/12/2010. O código para Previdência Privada PGBL é o 36.
