Would be good to have a secondary source that back up Clouldflare's research. Weirdly Statista didn't even have TikTok in the top 20 most popular domain names this summer. Have I confused websites and domain names or something? https://www.statista.com/statistics/1201880/most-visited-websites-worldwide/ in June 2021 when it looked like this :

Most popular domain name in the world = highest volume of global traffic. According to Cloudflare that TikTok has the highest volume of global traffic in 2021. I'm sceptical about that claim that TikTok is the most popular domain name in the world by traffic (surely it's Google) but Cloudflare isn't a company I have a reason to distrust as yet.

And if it is based (+ measured) on a certain keyword (+ the included quantity of it)then it is a totally different one (not in this list).

Does the data based user who use cloudflare dns 1.1.1.1 / 1.0.0.1 or its apply for globally ?

Its important as alternative to calculate website rank worldwidecause alexa ranking will shutdown on may 2022
