Hilton Honors Sign In Problem
For the past couple of daysI have not been able to sign in. The pop up for sign in goes awaybut nothing happens. No warning about wrong info. I have tried teo different browsers (Chrome and Edge)and with VPN on or off. I am in Tahiti now -could that be the problem? We are at the Conrad.

Hotel Search and Reservation Problems
I have no problem signing inbut unable to see any data on specific hotels on my desktop. Only if I disable browser "Tracking" and "Abusive Ads" filteringI can see limited hotel data such as "may be available" with pricing still missing.
If I enable browsing tracking and ad filteringI get a totally blank pagesave for a tiny "not found" notification. This behavior replicates in multiple browsers!.
Tried searching with a Hilton Mobile App -- same result for any location:

There are no hotels in this area. Try searching for another location.

Having the same problem on the desktop version.
Almost all individual Hilton hotel pages lead to a blank "not found" page.
I have even tried logging in from different IP addressesbut makes no difference.
Definitely some kind of desktop browser compatibility issue.

Hilton is known for website issues on Saturday evenings.
Alsowhen using a laptopFirefox is the only browser that works. Chrome can’t handle the login pop-up with captchas.

I can now log in againusing Chrome. Clearlythey were doing some work. Thanks for responding.

Ditto for the past week or so. I tried to report it via chat and broke off the chat when the agentafter saying "everything's fineI can book for you" told me that the Conrad is the only Hilton within 95 miles of New York.
I will try with an incognito tab (and if that doesn't do itI will FedEx Mr. Nassetta a note with the reservations I'm making with other groups).
