enable the metronomesend it to a muted bus

i see this is the fix for the audio looping click problem. i want to make sure im doing this rightso how is this done?
 
what i did: click metronome buttonsturn on for both playback and recordingand then went to the metronome bus (with out sending) so it just on metronome busthen mute metronome. is that right?

    Yes. The output of the metronome is assigned in preferences. By defaultthe Normal templates in recent versions of SONAR set up that bus and routing for youso all you have to do is enabled the metronome for playback and mute the bus.
