How do I get the black screen with the support.apple.com/ipad/ restore off my ipad if I don’t have an Apple computer?

How do I get the black screen with the support.apple.com/ipad/ restore off my ipad if I don’t have an Apple computer?
iPad, iPadOS 15
Your iPad went into Restore mode.
You will need have access to a full computerlike a Mac or Windows PCtry either using the Finder on a Mac that has the newest macOS Catalinaor later macOSinstalled OR with an older Mac with an older Mac OSdownload and install the latest iTunes version ( or latest iTunes for Windows PC )make sure the Mac or Windows PC is connected to the Internetconnect your iPad by the USB charge cable to the computer and let the iTunes application to do the iPad reset/restore/restore from backup.
NO other option/s.
Be advisedif you have never backed up any of the data on the iPadprior to your iPad going into restore/recovery modethen all stored data that was inside of this iPad is permanently lost.
Make sure your iPad isat leastcharged to 50% or greater to attempt this.
Make sure your desktop/laptop computer has plenty of internal drive storage spacealso.
If NO access to a Mac or Windows computeryou will have to seek help from a good friend or family memberwith a full Mac or Windows PC to help you out
