Large Pack Tomatoes - Take off vine and cut in Half

Large Clove Garlic - Sliced as fine as possible

. Add jalapeño to your liking - more or less

. Adjust small amount of salt then let this sit so the ingredients get to develop the flavour. Adjust the salt after that

. Dice and chop other ingredients smaller than the tomatoes and dice/chop them uniformly
•
. Add finely minced garlic for added flavour
•
. Best consumed within 1-2 days. To be stored in an airtight jar
