Ecampus Login Problems

If you are unable to log into the ecampushere are a few suggestions to fix the problem before contacting classroom support.

Double-Check Your Student ID and Password

Firstmake sure your caps lock is off.

If you don’t remember your student login credentialsclick the Forgot ID or Password? link. It will take you to a screen that asks a series of questions to verify your identity and help us locate your record.

When your information has been verifiedyou will receive an email with either the password or ID (whichever you indicated was forgotten). 

Your password or ID will be sent to the email address in your student recordso please keep your contact information on file with the university up to date. 

Check for Announcements about Maintenance

We regularly perform system maintenance to ensure the ecampusclassroomwebsiteand other systems run optimally. If we have maintenance scheduledwe will post an announcement on the first login screen. The announcement link will provide details on classroom and campus availability during the maintenance period.
