The braking department on this bike is being taken care of by a 300mm disc at the front and a 230mm disc at the rear. Dual-channel ABS is standard and switchable too.

The 790 Duke is KTM’s flagship offering for the Indian market. The street naked borrows the sharp styling and features from its elder siblingthe 1290 Super Duke which is sold by KTM in the international markets. Built around a steel trellis frame and aluminium sub-framethe 790 Duke engine is mated to a six-speed gearbox with a slipper clutch and bi-directional quickshifter. My Stylish Journey with the 250 Duke - SleekSharpand Surprisingly Smooth.

I bought the KTM 250 Duke three months agoand honestlyit is the best-looking bike in its class. If you want a bike that makes people turn their heads at every traffic lightthis is it. The sharp tank design and the bright orange wheels make it look like a mini Super Duke. It feels premium and very stylish. The Comfort Factor Many people think KTMs are uncomfortablebut the new 250 Duke proved me wrong. The seating position is uprightso my back doesn't ache even after riding for two hours. The seat is a bit firmbut the suspension is surprisingly soft over bumps. It handles bad roads much better than the older models. It feels light and easy to "flick" through heavy city traffic. The Good Stuff (Pros)- Smooth Engine: The engine is very refined. It doesn't vibrate muchand the power comes on smoothly. Quickshifter: Shifting gears without the clutch feels like magic. It makes city riding very easy. Ground Clearance: I don’t have to worry about the bike hitting those huge speed breakers anymore. The Not-So-Good Stuff (Cons)- Heat: In heavy trafficyou can feel some heat on your legs. It’s not unbearablebut you’ll notice it. Pillion Seat: My friends complain that the back seat is too small for long rides. Cleaning: The orange wheels look amazingbut they get dirty very fast. You have to clean them almost every day. Finally The KTM 250 Duke is the perfect mix of "bad boy" looks and "good boy" comfort. It is fun to ridelooks like a dreamand is easy to live with every day.

When it comes to highways for the better. I like suspension and braking, tyres. The most important thing is instrument cluster provides a premium feel.
