I have a crappy diet and 8-10 pepsi/day. One pepsi mon none since(thurs). Not bad mon but tue and wed insomnia. No headache yet. Stomach much better no tums as normal. Really tired but hard to fall asleep. Hope symptoms end soon. After I knock this out smokes next. 62 too old for this junk.
