Here is a long drawn out dissertation about why shipping stopped or slowed. The short explanation is insurance costs went through the roof due to the fighting so boats chose to stop rather than risk it. At one pointseveral times repeatedhe said insurance could have increased from around $700k per boat to $7.5m.

Gas is $2.90 and diesel is $3.20 here in E Tennessee... Dan

I believe you pulled that up from some fake news. The give away in your picture is that unleaded to unleaded Supreme was only 8 cents different. Gas Buddy gives the range in California: Unleaded $3.99-$5.49 Diesel. $4.55-$6.79 Thanks for the clarification on this. The person that posted it said it was LA. .

Love my Sonata hybrid. If I stay below 72-73 mphI can average 52+ mpg. I drive 600 miles a week to work and back though.
