What motivates you to work in behavioral health? Coming from a culture in which mental health is heavily stigmatizedI have seen firsthand the negative effects mental health disorders can haveespecially when untreated. I have always been very interested in trying to help break that stigma to provide care that is respectful of individual backgrounds and experiences.
