They lead critical public health advisory committees that determine best practices in the treatment and prevention of infectious diseases in childrenincluding immunization and antibiotic resistanceand the education of pediatricians.

Student/Resident

A medical student or resident with an interest in Pediatric Infectious Diseases.
Fellow in Training

Individuals who have entered in a postdoctoral program in pediatric infectious diseases or a related field.
Associate Professional Member

This category is for pharmacistsmicrobiologistsphysician assistants and nurses with an interest in pediatric infectious diseases.
Professional Member

This category is for individuals who have completed postdoctoral or equivalent training in pediatric infectious diseases or a related field.
Fellow Advancement

This category recognizes members who have achieved professional excellence and provided significant service to the profession.
Emeritus
