Woodcock Brothers Brewery is planning to reopen its Wilson locationwhich has been closed for most of the winter seasonas a “reimagined taproom experience.”
“While our original hope was to reopen just as you remembered uswe’ve decided to take a slightly new approach — one that allows us to get our doors open sooner rather than laterso we can reconnect with the amazing community that helped build this place from the ground up. We are ready to get these taps flowing,” the brewery said.
“We’re bringing Wilson back— as a tasting room experience. That means a relaxedwelcoming vibea thoughtfully curated lineup of our house-made craft beers (brewed at our Wurlitzer location)limited domestic beer and seltzer optionsa reduced food menuand those lakeside vibes we’ve all been missing.”
Moving forwardthe taproom will serve Woodcock beer brewed at their Wurlitzer brewhouselimited domestic beer and seltzer options (there won’t be serving liquor or wine)along with a reduced food menu as Wilson will not feature a full kitchen.
“There won’t be a full kitchen as beforeand we won’t be offering liquor or wine at this time — but what we will have is the heart and soul of Woodcock: great beergood peopleand a space to gather and create something newtogether,” the brewery said.
The brewery will reopen on May 15.

Your visitsyour word of mouthand your presence mean everything to small businesses like ours — and we can’t wait to welcome you back,” the brewery added. “While you’re in the areadon’t forget to check out the awesome local shops in our plaza — let’s lift up this community one stop at a time.”
Woodcock Wilson will be open ThursdaysFridaysand Saturdays, 12 – 6 pm.
