【环球时报特约记者 甄翔】美国知名保守派媒体人塔克·卡尔森16日通过其个人官网和社交媒体账号发布了采访Telegram应用联合创始人帕维尔·杜罗夫的视频。杜罗夫在采访中披露，美国联邦调查局“试图背着我招募我的工程师”，寻求安装应用后门，以获取Telegram用户数据信息。
Telegram是一款具有社交属性的即时通信应用，具有信息加密功能。该应用由尼古莱和帕维尔·杜罗夫两兄弟于2013年联合创立，在俄罗斯、巴西和印度等国较受欢迎。公开信息显示，截至今年3月，Telegram的全球月度活跃用户数量已超9亿，目前公司总部位于阿联酋迪拜。英国《金融时报》今年3月曾透露，Telegram可能寻求在美国上市，前提是平台能先实现盈利。
对于美国的动作，杜罗夫表示，他是从下属口中了解到有关情况的。他说，美国安全机构“给我们的关注太多了”，在美期间，曾有联邦调查局特工找上门来询问各种问题。“有天早上9时，我正在吃早饭，联邦调查局的人来到我租的房子里，这真让人吃惊。”他还提到在美国旧金山街头曾遭人攻击，当时攻击者试图抢走他的手机。
杜罗夫还在采访中谈及个人经历、经营和处世理念等问题。1984年出生于俄罗斯的杜罗夫现已成为法国公民。在最新访谈中，杜罗夫声称自己的身份认同为“欧洲人”，并坚决否认Telegram“在俄罗斯政府控制下散布谣言”。他表示，Telegram将始终保持“中立平台”定位，绝不会成为“地缘政治玩家”。
杜罗夫还表示，最大的挑战不是政府监管，而是像苹果和谷歌这样的巨头，因为这些巨头控制的平台决定公众能看到什么内容，而且通过平台规则管控着Telegram这样的应用，威胁其不合规就会被平台下架。他还说，选择阿联酋作为总部是因为这个国家保持中立。福布斯估计杜罗夫身家高达155亿美元。杜罗夫称自己除了现金和比特币之外没有房地产、豪华游艇、私人飞机等资产，因为他想“保持自由”。
