TNT's position in 2027 would be the equivalent of a YouTube Members Only Channel that rarely uploads a video.

Want subscribers then you need to produce content.

British Speedway is Cheap and Easy content to grab because nobody else wants it.

TNT even if they don't rate a particular SportWill have no choice but to take on more content if they want to stay afloat.

Lack of Content = Lack of Subscribers.

Lack of Subscribers = End Game!

Only real selling point from 2027 onwards is a Lunchtime PL Kick-Off and barely anyone is taking out a Subscription for that. Over the last few months TNT have lost Basketball and Boxing too so it's not just UEFA Club Competitions.

TNT are just as desperate for content as British Speedway is for a TV deal.....It's a match made in heaven at this point.

TNT has plenty of content. They operated (as BT) pre-European football. They’re now also part of the same family as Eurosport I believewhich is what led to Speedway being back on TNT. 

They already binned off British Speedway oncethe sport is in a worse position now so why would they have it back at a cost? The GPs maybe as an outlier but the domestic game is not appealing to them. It’s barely appealing to speedway fans.

It depends on the guise it takes. If riders sign up for a draft system knowing they have to go where they’re drafted then it’s not unfair in the slightest.

Covering the current malaise in detail with a thought provoking piece by Paul Burbridgeand also Peter Oakes making a suggestion for two leagues of sevenbut of the same leveland with promotion and relegation involved..

Reading both pieces it looks like they must "lurk" on here...

Which does give hope that at least some insiders within the "Speedway Bubble Echo Chamber" do see opportunities that are not same old/same oldrinse and repeat ad infinitum...

For anyone wanting detailsit costs £3.60and is available on subscription for lessand digital for less...

And is a cracking publication considering it covers such a poorly led sport...

NB. There is also an interview with Richard Coleman of Mayfield Sports re possible GP expansion outside Europe...

I am amazed he found the time to do it!!!!

To me that hints at Glasgow moving up.

Kyle was rumoured to line-up for the Tigers again in 2026.

Polish fixtures are FRI-SUN and Glasgow is a FRI track so it would make no sense for them to re-sign him unless they were changing race nights.

Or he could simply be a squad member in Poland and ride occasionally when Glasgow have no fixture which I suspect is most likely.

He signed for Gniezno in 2023 and only didn’t take up a place in 2024 due to having young familyso wouldn’t read to much into him being in the Tarnow ‘squad’

When I workedI ran Supermarkets andoftenthey were the biggest employers and most visited shops in the various towns across Scotland and England that I worked in...

None of them with less than 30,000 customers per week...

Thereforeone of the first things I did when moving into a new store was join the various FB and Twitter accounts covering "the town"as invariablymany on the Socials were my customers..

With my stores often being mentioned andas we all knowonline feedback is heavily critical rather than good...

However. 

It was vital for me to improve each store as the feedback was databasedthereforeaccurate...

Even perception is truth in the eyes of the person complaining...... 

With leadership you need a very thick skin,  howevernever take feedback personallyand act upon it(if you can)...

Unsolicited feedback can be like "Gold" as one person being peed off could mean 100's...

One piece of info I got was on FB and it was about young lads doing a car cruise on my/council joint owned car park every Friday night into Saturday morning..

Drifiting and music blaring etc....

I got hold of the Police and VOSAand worked with them to have a presence the following Friday with taxinsurancelicencestyresetc etc all being checked...

Never again did we see the cars... 

And(for a veryvery short time)I was a hero!!!!

It soon stopped... 

Sadlywith the BSP there doesn't seem to be anyone in the structure where "the buck stops"...

And a rudderless ship will only end up eventually crashing...
