One of the best tech campuses I have been in. The food is not free but the drinks are. It has hundreds of buildings and I found it really nicewith a feel of being a university campus. There are a lot of shuttles to transport workers around the campus which I find really nice.

Two things that need to be improved. I like WIN10and I agree that there are many good designs and functions in WIN10but I have to admit that there are also some annoying things in it. I'm hoping that Microsoft can do better. Two things. Firstis it possible to reduce the frequency of auto update. Compared to mobile devices such as phones and tabletslaptops and computers are used for work that needs stable work environment. I don't think people will like unfamiliar new features or different UI popping up immediately without letting them know in advance. This may disrupt the way people use computers to work as they usually do. Secondcan we have options to stop updating and stay at the old version of WIN10. Sometimespeople just want stablereliableand controllable system. For that periodthey don't want to have any changes about the system. Once people can stop the updatethen they really get the full control over the device they boughtthen the device truly belongs to the buyer. Otherwisethe device still belongs to system creator --- Microsoft. This is the reason that there are still many people stay at WIN 7 and WIN 8that still many people are using unlicensed system mainly because they can choose not to update. It's only my opinion and maybe it's not 100% right.

Very different workplace - open offices and a great campus with cafesrestaurantsbasketball and soccer fields and many places to get out of the stuffy office desk environment and get the head clear again. The Microsoft campus is a very good example for how to gain high productivity - which is definitely not by locking up employees in cubicles without daylight for the maximum number of hours... :-)
