What Is the Online Alarm Clock?
The free online alarm clock is a web tool that helps you wake up on time and set task remindersall from your browser. Just choose a time and click the button to set the alarmthen keep the browser tab open while you work in other tabs.
You can also use our online timer if you want the alarm to ring after a duration (not at a specific time)or see the current time with our online clock.
How to Set an Online Alarm
- Check that the digital clock on the page matches your local time.
- Set the alarm time in hours and minutesor click a pre-set alarm time.
- Optionallyset an alarm sound and alarm name (like "Break time").
- Click Set an alarm to activate the alarm clock.
Once you set the alarmthe screen changes to a countdown timer. The countdown shows how much time remains and the time the alarm will ring. While the alarm is counting downyou can:
- Click the full-screen icon (top right) to display the countdown in full-screen mode. Hit Esc to exit.
- Click the bulb icon to open a completely dark full-screen display (useful for keeping your screen on without distraction). The alarm will sound but the screen will stay dark. Hit Esc to exit.
- Click Stop to cancel the alarm before it goes off.
When the countdown reaches zero and the alarm sounds:
- Click Stop to end the alarm.
- Click Snooze to delay it for 10 minutes.
To set multiple alarmsopen another tab and repeat the steps above.

- Enable / disable dark mode
- Enable / disable a repeat alarm sound (loop)
- Show / hide the alarm time (when the alarm will sound) and the progress bar
- Change the default snooze duration
- Adjust the alarm volume
