How can I communicate with a tour operator or make an inquiry about a trip?

If you’re interested in a tour and have a question about the accommodationsitineraryor anything elseclick “Contact Operator” on a tour detail page to contact the tour operator. Learn more.

How can I share a link to a tour with my client?

Click “Share link with client” to generate a shareable and unique link for your clients. The page will be set up for customer viewing without certain agent features like commission rates. Learn more.

How and when will my commission be paid?

Once you have made your first bookingwe will prompt you via 2 emails to set up a TourRadar Wallet (powered by Hyperwallet).

TourRadar automatically releases your commission into your TourRadar Wallet 1 business day after your client’s trip ends.

If you work for a travel agency or host agency and need your commission released to their TourRadar Wallet rather than yoursplease see the FAQ below.

You can withdraw your commission at any time. Learn more.

Can I split the payment between my client and the other travelers on their trip?

Yes! The lead traveler must pay the initial payment (deposit) with their card. After thatyou can divide the remaining balance or assign amounts for each traveler to pay to complete the payment for the trip. Learn more.

My host agency is already signed up with TourRadar. How can I join and be paid commission through them?

When signing upselect “Agent with Existing Agency” and connect with your accreditation number.

If you can’t find your agencythe agency can generate a link for you under “Users” → “Add New Users” → “Share Invite Link”
