My assignment involves identification of product barcodes and was wondering if there is a way to translate barcodes online to text to identify easily? Any kind of help would be appreciated in this regard.

How to translate barcodes online to text for identification?

Yes there are some online tools to read or "decode" barcodes that maybe present in online webpages or images.
Go the following link
https://zxing.org/w/decode.px

Submit the link to the page with the barcode here or browse for the file/image present in your computer that you need to decode.

Then Click on Submit Query.
