2026年全国硕士研究生招生“调剂服务系统”将于4月8日开通。在此提醒符合调剂要求且有调剂意愿的考生，可及时凭网报时注册的用户名和密码登录研招网“调剂服务系统”申请调剂。按照《2026年全国硕士研究生招生工作管理规定》要求，考生调剂志愿锁定时间由招生单位自主设定，最长不超过36小时；招生单位每次开放调剂系统持续时间不得低于12个小时。

第一步：查询计划余额
考生需认真阅读各招生单位在其院校信息栏目里及其他途径公布的调剂办法，打开研招网调剂专题（https://yz.chsi.com.cn/yztj/）后，用学信网账号登录研招调剂服务系统，通过“精准查询”或“模糊查询”查询计划余额信息。
考生务必特别关注教育部调剂政策（点击查看《2026年对调剂考生的基本要求》）及招生单位的调剂要求。若考生不符合招生单位调入专业的学科门类要求、初试科目要求或其他调剂条件，将无法填报相关调剂志愿。
提醒：千万保管好学信网账号和密码！！！
注意：
1.申请调剂考生应符合《2026年全国硕士研究生招生工作管理规定》的调剂要求。
2.不符合招生单位调入专业学科门类要求、初试科目要求或其他调剂条件的考生，将无法填写相关志愿。
3.查询余额时，若使用精确查询，招生单位、专业至少填写一项；若使用模糊查询，必须选择所在省市与学科专业。
4.考生成绩要符合教育部按照一区、二区制定并公布参加全国硕士研究生招生考试考生进入复试的初试成绩基本要求。
一区包括北京、天津、河北、山西、辽宁、吉林、黑龙江、上海、江苏、浙江、安徽、福建、江西、山东、河南、湖北、湖南、广东、重庆、四川、陕西等21省（市）；
二区包括内蒙古、广西、海南、贵州、云南、西藏、甘肃、青海、宁夏、新疆等10省（区）。
5.对计划余额有疑问的，可向有关招生单位、院系所咨询。
第二步：申请调剂
考生在计划余额查询结果中，选择相应招生单位、院系所、专业、研究方向、学习方式等，点击“申请”按钮进入申请调剂页面，参加调剂的考生可一次填报三个平行调剂志愿，提交后的调剂志愿在招生单位设置的时间内（不超过36小时）不允许修改（每个志愿单独计时），以供招生单位下载志愿信息和决定是否通知考生参加复试。锁定时间到达后，考生可继续等待或填报其他志愿。
如需修改调剂志愿，可点击“修改”按钮进入修改调剂志愿页面进行修改，修改后点击“提交”按钮即可。
第三步：参加复试
考生提交调剂志愿后，请及时登录调剂系统，查看志愿状态及是否接到复试通知。若接到复试通知，考生应在招生单位规定时间内登录调剂系统进行确认，未按时确认的，招生单位可能取消考生复试通知。若确认参加复试，考生应按照招生单位要求办理相关手续。
复试没有通过的考生仍可继续填报其他调剂志愿。
第四步：收到待录取通知
复试通过后，招生单位将通过调剂系统给考生发送待录取通知，接到“待录取通知”的考生应在招生单位规定时间内登录调剂系统进行确认，否则招生单位可取消待录取通知。
考生只能接受一个调剂志愿的待录取，一旦接受待录取通知，表示调剂完成，将不能再填报调剂志愿、接受复试或待录取通知，请慎重选择！
