These people are cheaters. These people are fraud. These people are scammers because today what happened has literally made Instamart a liar in front of my eyes. I ordered utensils for my new house and it was costing somewhere around ₹2928. that included the nonstick bands and the cookers. Many things okay now when the order camethey did take an OTP and I won’t say no I was not available at that timebut they just gave a sauce mana trainer and a knife that’s it and rest other things stay like cooker or the fry pants and everything nothing came with the delivery now when I called the delivery executivehe’s like you can just raise a query upon missing items and it will be resolvedand he said that that was only a product which was given to him while he left out for delivery. Now when I raise the concern with the call team that lady kept repeating i understand i understandhowevershe did not had any resolution. I asked for a supervisor callbut nobody was available. I waited on that call for 45 minutes and I do have a Recording for that as wellbut nobody literally give me a call back. I am raising this query since night as I do Night Shiftsince I am raising the query with the chat executive. Howevernobody is responding there as well as they keep asking me to wait for six hours to wait for six hours. I waited for 15 hours nowbut nobody is responding to me with an email or no supervisor is available to talk with me for this issue and now I think that my money will never be refundedbut guyslet me tell you. Don’t order anything from Instamart. They are cheaters.

What an absolute disaster of a service you are! Seriouslyhow do you manage to screw up this badlythis consistently? Wrong orders are basically your signature move. 1 hour delivery? More like wait forever and hope they get it half right. And when you mess up (which you ALWAYS do)the refund circus begins 3 bloody days just to get MY own money back. And the cherry on top? You don’t even bother giving back the coupons you snatched away. Brilliant business strategy: punish the customer for YOUR screw-ups.Do you even realize how pathetic this looks compared to Blinkit and Flipkart? They deliver fastercheaperand actually value their customers. Meanwhileyou guys are stuck acting like amateurs running a college project. At this pointit feels like you’re daring customers to uninstall your app.Honestlyyou should just pull the plug on your Guwahati operations entirely. Save yourself the embarrassment since you clearly can’t handle real competition. I’m done with this useless service. Nobody deserves to waste their timemoneyor sanity on this joke of a company.

Instamart did big fraud with me and when I complained about it they simply said it’s a glitch when I ask for my money they denied and said we do not have the option and try to give me some kind of coupon when I chat with the senior agent or supervisor they refused about the concern and try to manipulate me they are right but I have the screenshot and I put media I put everything on Instagram and Twitter as well and they assured me that they are going email but I know few times back I ordered a veg item and they delivered the non-veg and they delivery please keep it it’s an expensive one then what you have ordered these types of fraud they are doing and when you are trying to complain about it do nothing just said our team is working and we are really sorry we understand and blah blah blah I request everyone to uninstall this app and do not order from Instamart Swiggy a big fraud company they are not even delivering on time the promise is completely fake and I’ll make sure what they are doing to take them on Court

Rotten fooda) Ice creams - the conditions they refrigeratethe ice cream are truly pathetic. Most of the ice creams that they delivered will be melted ( which will lead to the separation off foamymilky part on the above and Waterjuicy part to the below ) and cooled againThey will make sure that you will never taste the experience of good ice cream consisting both milk and syrup part togetherb) Not to mention about the fungated breads they send to ruin your health2.
