我单位根据总包单位的管理要求，本着“以人为本”的原则，进场后在安全、文明、环
保、质量、消防、生活卫生等方面向总包单位作出以下承诺：

加强安全教育，安全意识到位。
我单位应服从总包单位的安全管理。负责人必须对本单位职工进行安全生产教育，
增强法制观念，
提高职工以安全为核心的文明、
标化、
绿色、
节能施工意识及自我保护能力，
增强工作责任感和现场自控能力。
根据清、
双包等不同形式，
工作量多少，
配备专职安全员，
安全员纳入总包管理范围。

、执行规章制度，做好交底工作。
我单位应认真贯彻执行项目部有关安全生产、消防、综合管理、宿舍卫生等规章制
度，做好各类施工安全技术交底工作。负责具体检查落实情况，并进行督促、指导，确保施
工安全。
严格执行各级政府的法律、
法规和有关规定，
严格执行总包对安全和标化管理等有
关规定，
并承担由分包原因造成的财产损失和伤亡事故的责任且由此发生的一切费用，
并妥
善处理好善后工作。
对非分包原因造成的财产损失和伤亡事故，
由责任方承担责任和相关费

、加强监控管理，责任落实到人。
我单位应对所属施工及生活区域的施工安全、文明施工等各方面工作全面负责。负
责人离开现场，
应指定专人负责，
办理书面委托管理手续。
负责人和被委托负责管理的人员，
应经常检查督促本单位职工自觉做好各方面工作。

、加强检查力度，严惩绝不手软。
我单位应按规定认真开展班组安全教育等活动。负责人应定期参加工地、班组的安
全活动，以及重大危险源、安全、文明、环保、质量、防火、生活卫生等方面的检查，并做
好检查活动的有关记录。
在施工期间必须接受总包和监理单位的检查、
督促和指导。
同时总
包方应协助各分包单位搞好安全生产、
防火等方面的管理。
在巡查过程中发出的安全整改通
知书，
分包必须在规定的时限内整改完毕，发出的罚款通知，
须说明罚款理由（具体见处罚
告知牌内容）并由分包全额承担。
