I love this app so muchit gives you such great music and a hole bunch of great artistsit gives you like a couple day free triel which is fine I enjoy that a lot. The one thing though is that sometimes it can give you a like 1 minute long add and you can’t skipsometimes it doesn’t bother me but that’s the one thing that gets methis app also has a lot of my favorite artists like Sabrina carpenterJuice Wrldetc. for all those 1 star reviewsI don’t think your telling the truth because I’ve tried a lot of the reviews and what the people are saying and it is not true al least not for meso if your gonna write a review about a app that is this good maybe try a different app before leaving the reviews because I really like this app and so do other millions of 5 star 4 star reviewsso don’t try to ruin this app by those hate comments or bad reviews. I get it you might of had a bad experience but maybe try again. You only fail when you stop tryingso try this app again and maybe your experience will be better. Amazing app!!!!

This is probably one of the best music apps that I have used because it is so easy to use and the music catalog is truly unmatched. Howeverthere is a couple things that need to be addressed before this is the PERFECT app. One being that if you are playing music for an extended period of timethe app has a tendency of not letting you be able to skip to the next song (even if you are a premium user) and the only way to get it back to normal is to exit and close the app entirely and then open it again. Sometimes it works the first time and other times you have to repeat that process which is pretty annoying. Another annoying thing is that when you go to listen to a playlist for a few minutes to a few hourssometimes the songs you want to play won’t play at allinstead it will play the very FIRST song that you have added to that playlist. Even if you get the song you want to play to actually start playingthe artist and song that you have as the first song in your playlist with now be the name of the song that you’re playing (even though it’s clearly not the one you wanted to listen to!) Either that or the picture/album cover will be messed around in that same aspect. Kind of a long readI knowbut these are a few of the visual and auditorial issues you may come across while using this app and I truly wish that these would get addressed. Like I said earlier it would be the PERFECT music app if these were fixed!

I’ve paid for a subscription for this app for several years and it’s improvements have been marginalat best. In a wordthis app is clunky. On it’s faceit’s a basic app that plays music. But it doesn’t even do that well. For instance… If you dislike a songyou would think that the app wouldn’t play that song for you ever again. After allthis is a premium subscription you’re paying fornot a trial. You can skip through songsbut best believe the app will continue to recommend that song or play it for youdespite still showing your previously “thumbs down” review of it. Among the things especially bothersome about this app are the fact that you have to be connected to the internet to listen. You would think that if you “downloaded” a song or an album that it would be available to play offlineright? Wrong. The app just buffers until you get cell service again before it will start playing anything. Lastlyof those “downloaded” songsyou have to hit PLAY with each song-it won’t automatically play the next song in your downloaded listEVEN IF you’re listening to an album! Have the developers of this app never used another music app? This should be common sense/basic functions for a music app like this… Do better.

This is by far the worst app for listening to music that I have ever used. (And I have the paid subscription.) It takes a gazillion clicks to find my recent or commonly used playlists. I don’t get on the app to use mixes some rando madeI get on to listen to MY LISTS and to find new releases. Why do I have to click like five times to reach my playlists???? And even then it doesn’t show me the ones I’ve lost recently playedonly the ones I’ve recently edited! The playlists are not sorted alphabetically. If I want to remove songs from a queue or move them to another playlistit’s impossible to select more than one song at once—I HATE THIS ESPECIALLY. Such a basic and inexcusable oversight they’ve had months to fix. And if I’m already listening to a list I’ve downloaded and then I leave WiFiit complains to me that it has no connection and needs to go to downloadsand makes me click through multiple times just to find again and shuffle the list I’m already listening to. Just awful. Also google play used to show me how many times I’ve listened to each songand that’s what I looked at to find my favorite songs of the year. I don’t want a 2020 list they make for meI want to make my own list! Why can’t they provide this basic thing that was already offered on google play? The web app is equally frustrating. I can’t believe we actually pay them to provide this abysmal level of service.
