Once you've set up multi-factor authenticationyou can log in to Onvio using the Thomson Reuters Authenticator app or a third-party app even if you don't currently have connectivity on your mobile device. The app enables you to generate a 6-digit code that you can use to log in.

1. Enter your login and password for Onvio.
2. When prompted to check your deviceclick the Enter a Code link.
3. Open the Thomson Reuters Authenticator app or a third-party app on your mobile device and retrieve a code. The code updates every 30 seconds.
4. In Onvioenter the code and click the Go button.
