Hello-

Any idea how to maintain a constant volume level between commercials and programs streaming online?

    If you are in the United Statesthe law about this applies only to major networks. Are you watching on your computerstabletscell phones etc. or on a television?

    May I ask what is the make and model of your Laptopor your Desktop's motherboard?

    Press Windows + R to open the Run dialog.

    Type msinfo32 and press Enter. This opens the System Information window.

    In the System Summary sectionlook for the following:

    System Summary: View general information such as the operating system versionprocessor detailsand installed memory (RAM)..

    BaseBoard Manufacturer: This is your motherboard's manufacturer.

    BaseBoard Product: This is your motherboard's model number.

    Alsowe can enable loudness equalization if you're using built-in audio card/speakers.

    Right-click the speaker icon in the system tray (bottom-right corner).

    Select "Sound settings."

    Scroll down and click "More sound settings."

    In the Playback tabselect your default playback device (usually "Speakers").

    Click "Properties."

    Go to the "Enhancements" tab (or "Advanced" > "Enhancement Properties" if using newer drivers).

    Check "Loudness Equalization."

    Click Apply > OK.
