Arena Policies

FedExForum has implemented a CLEAR BAG POLICY that also limits the size and type of bags that may be brought into any event.

Only bags meeting the following standards will be allowed inside FedExForum:

• Clear bags made of plasticvinyl or PVC no larger than 6x8x2 inches
• Bags MAY NOT have an all-over print or decoration that prohibits FULL view of its contents
• The bag may contain a strapbut metal or chain straps are prohibited
• One quart or smaller clear plastic storage/freezer bag (Ziploc or similar)
• Wallets (sized to carried in the front or back pocket) no larger than 5x3.5 inches

Clear bags and wallets compliant with the above will also be screened through X-Ray machines.

Limit one (1) CLEAR bag per person.

Exceptions to this policy will be made for all medically necessary items after proper inspection.

FedExForum encourages early arrival for all games and eventsand entrances will be opened in order to allow fans to spread out and reduce entry wait times. Arena maps with available entry points will be located in the official FedExForum mobile appwhich is part of the official Memphis Grizzlies mobile app. Guests exiting FedExForum will be encouraged to maintain social distancing.

Add tickets to your digital wallet before arriving to FedExForum. All ticketsincluding those purchased at the Box Officeare delivered by text or email at time of purchase you will scan your mobile device at entry. Your mobile device should remain unlocked and brightness turned up during the scanning process. If you have multiple tickets on your mobile device, scan your guests through the turnstile prior to scanning your own ticket. Please do not screenshot tickets as they will not scan.

Fans will have the ability to reserve a parking spot in Gossett Motors Garageadjacent to FedExForumby visiting https://eventpass.justpark.com/fedex-forum-memphis-grizzlies/listings/events or through the FedExForum page in the official Grizzlies app. Parking reservations can be redeemed at the Gossett Motors Garage on the day of the event using a mobile pass or a printed permit. Parking in the Gossett Motors Garage is ONLY available for non-grizzlies Games.

FedExForum is now cashless and has contactless transactions at concession stands through out the arenaoffering guests the opportunity to scan their own cards or tap to pay with services such as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
