    Just to get a clearer picture before we go into the specific stepscould you share a bit more?

    What’s the exact model of your printer? Different brands and models handle scanning a little differently.

    Are you using a USB cable or Wi-Fi to connect it to your computer? That can sometimes change how the scanner part shows up.

    And when you check under Printers & Scanners in your Windows settingsdo you see it listed as both a printer and a scanneror only as a printer?
