I receive a newspaper that is supposed to have a captain ds flyer.I have never gotten a flyer and we eat at captain Ds at least 1 x a month with 8 to 12 people. I would like to know why the flyers are not being put in the paper we receive .

Three of us went last week.We usually go 2-3 times a month. Last visit for $29.00 we got coldgreasy yucky food.Very disappointed !

The Captain D’s here in North Augusta has gotten better. They cook to order now and the taste shows it works. Keep it up NA Captain D’s and I’ll keep coming back!!

Big FAIL
I ordered a 4 pc chicken meal with coke slaw and fries. My husband ordered a combo meal with shrimpchicken and fish along with coke slaw and fries. The manager who took our order repeated it back to ya as he entered it. He brought our order to us and commented chicken when he sat mine down. I noticed that the meat on my plate looked exactly like the fish in my husbands plate and it was. I took my plate to the counter and asked to see the manager. I explained that this was not chicken which is what I ordered then returned to my table with his promise to bring me chicken. I looked at my receipt and had been charged for a 4 piece fish meal which was $1.60 more than my chicken meal should have been and was the same price as my husbands combo meal with more food on it. The manager brought out 4 of the same small size over cooked pieces of chicken that was on my husbands plate. I commented that I did not want to have to lay $8.79 for this chicken as it was more than it should have been plus it was small and over cooked. He manger was holding the receipt dumbfounded but made no attempt at an offer. My husband interjected to just forget it as I am sure he knew where this was headed. He manager left the table and we never had anyone visit our table again. In the meantime another staff was apologizing to he couple next to us for their meal. The staff are noisy and carrying on conversations of personal matters far to much for them to be getting much accomplished.

My husband and I have been faithful customers of Captain D’s for years. But today when we ate at the one in CommerceGAafter it reopenedwe were terribly disappointed. It seems you’ve changed the recipe for southern fried fish. Both the fish and batter were such a disappointment!. You could just about see and taste any fish in the very salty and yucky tasting batter. The portions of food have decreased yet the prices have increased. And we were told that you now only have Senior citizen deals on Wednesdays and Saturdays. A LOT of us seniors have supported you for a long time but if you don’t go back to your original recipe for southern fried fish and senior priced meals then I’m afraid you won’t be seeing us much longer. Just leave what works and tastes best alone!

My order at the drive thru took a little longer than it should so the women working the window gave me a free slice of cheese cake to make up for itnow every time I go there I order the cheese cake with my orderit’s very good!
We went to the Captain D’s in Jasper GA for my husband’s birthday. The cashier asked if I wanted a drink,
I said yes…she said smallmedium or large…I told her 2 small cokes. When we got to the tablewe
looked at our receipt as I had ordered a senior meal $5. plus a little more. I forget what my husband
ordered…but the total was $28.00. We were charged $5.75 for each small drink!!! Glad we didn’t
order a large drink. What is going on? That’s the most we have ever paid for a small drink.
This seams to be common practice as of late I was charged 10.49 for a meal that is listed as 7.39 on the updated menu and refused to honor a 4.99 limited time deal also on the web site. today in Cleveland Tenn at captain D.s 320463 i guess the manager or franchise can charge any amount they desire and honor only their selected specials they like. It is a total waste of time to go to the web site and check prices or specials.
I just got my food after hour wait in Columbus ms then found out fish is now Vietnamese catfish farm raised fresh water. No longer seafood. This is false advertising. Raised in filthy ponds!!!
just ate at captain D’s 320463,was charged 10.49 for 3 piece fish and 2 sides which your menu says should be 7.39. my wife tried to order the 12 piece shrimp off the limited time menu and was told they didn’t know of it so therefore it must be ordered online. they would not honor the limited time menu. We have been eating at this same location about twice a week with no problems before this visit,but if this is their way of pricing it will stop.
