Full Service Grooming
What is included in a full service dog grooming? A grooming session consists of your dog being brushedbathed and driedas well as trimmed or clipped. We will also cut his or her nailsclean their eyes and trim their paw pad hair. Finallythey will get a bandana or bow and will leave feeling pampered and smelling wonderful!
Hydro Massage
What is a Hydro Massage Bath? This is a professional power dog wash system that will bathe your dog in less time and with less stress. It uses a highbut gentlepressure spraycombined with soapy waterto flush loose hair and dirt from head to foot.
Stress-Free Grooming
What is Stress Free Grooming? Stress Free Grooming is for pets who are stressed easilyneed a little more time and attention (geriatric dogs and puppies) and/or are nervous in the presence of other dogs.

The Standard Spa Package
Your dog is our exclusive client during this tail-wagging experience.
We go the extra mile to make sure your pup is comfortable and enjoys his or her bathing and grooming treatments with plenty of loveaffection and a few treats too!
The Standard Spa Package includes:

We offer key/garage code service to groom your dog while you are at work
We can set that up any time after your first appointment. We’ll send you a courtesy reminder text the night before your appointment.
For your first appointmentwe’ll have a lot of questions so we can get to know you and your dog! We’ll setup your pet’s Recorded Profile to make note of your preferences and anything we learn about your dog during the first grooming.
When we’re donewe’ll bring your dog back to your door tail waggingand we can set up your next appointment. Generallyyour dog should be professionally groomed every 4-6 weeks for its best health and comfort.
Since each groom takes 1.5 to 3.0 hours on averagemobile dog groomer salons are only able to take 3 to 5 customers a day. Booking 3 to 10 days in advance is strongly recommended!

Appointment Time
Most appointments take 1.5-3 hours. We give an arrival time window of two hours to allow unexpected traffic or weather conditionsand so we won’t be rushed if we are caring for a dog with special needs prior to your appointment. Your dog will be afforded the same benefit for any needs that arise to insure an exceptionally good experience.
We will text you in advance to give a better estimated time of arrival if we cannot arrive at the beginning of the appointment window.

Make a Dog Grooming Appointment
We accept VisaMasterCardCheck or Cash. Our policies include:
- Payment due at the time of service
- $50 returned check fee
- 24-hour cancellation policy
- $75 minimum trip charge
Cancellation / Missed Appointment
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your appointment. There is a $75 fee per dog if you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice or if you are not home when we arrive and your appointment is missed.
Keys/Garage Code
We require that you are home for the first visit. After that you may choose to leave a key for us or give us a garage or door code. We have no problem grooming your dog while you aren’t home. We ask that you close bedroom doors in the house so we are able to get your dog without issue.
Matted Shave Down
We understand that sometimes dogs get matted and needs to be shaved down. If we need to shave your dog due to the condition of his or her coat we want to make sure that you are aware that there are things that can happen because of it. Sometimes we have to go very short and your dog’s skin can become very redirritated and itchy. There are other risk factors as well that we will discuss with you should we think they may become an issue. A matted shave down will incur extra charges.
