Usage of '' Zapped Out and to goof up ''
I know this words's meaning but I do not know how to use them ? Is it stupid if I use I can not figure out this and also are they bad words ? If yes. I am sorry :)

We say 'I am zapped out'meaning i am tiredor you can say 'you look zapped out' meaning the person you are talking to looks tired. You can also shorten this and just use zapped which means the same thing 'I'm zapped'.
To 'goof up' means you made a mistakeagain we tend to contract it to 'goofed' and we might say 'I goofed' or 'he/she goofed'.
These are not bad wordsyou will probably hear them used in any/most American TV shows. There are American phrases which have been partly adopted into British English as slang.

I'd even say these are a bit outdated. If you know the meaningI'm sure you know whether they count as swearing or not! ;)
It's better to focus on your standard English (yesyou are making basic errors) instead of trying to deal with the colloquialisms.
