Netflix login

Hi there 

I have Netflix through sky but would like to watch Netflix on my tablet- can you advise where i can find the login details so I can login to

Netflix on my tablet.

You need to use the same details that you used to login to the Netflix app on your Sky Q box.

I am automatically logged in on my TVI still can't see login details.  Any advice?

hi @Shero1987 

We can't help with  your current password but you can find out what email address you are logged in with :

Tab left to activate the Side menu then scroll down to the  line towards the bottom labelled  "Get Help" & select 

You should now get a sub-menu & under Member the email address should show on the right hand side

Hi @Shero1987 

Start by getting your Account Email. In Netflixgo to the top left profile namethen down one to Get Help and select. Your Account Email is shown on the right. If you don't have access to that email addressthen you are stuffed!

Go to https://www.netflix.com/gb/ and select Sign in. Put in your email address and then select Forgotten password?

There is no guarantee that this procedure will result in you setting up a new password that you can use everywhere or it simply makes things worse. So try it at your risk. It is just the approach that I would use if I was in your situation.
