Blue PointsSM is a rewards program where members earn points by reaching goals and completing healthy activities. Members who enrolled in a health plan through the health insurance marketplace can earn points and redeem them for gift cards to some of your favorite stores.
How Do Blue Points Work?
The Blue Points rewards program is part of Well onTarget®an online portal that helps keep your wellness routine fun and on-track. With Blue Pointsyou earn points for completing Well OnTarget activities like taking the health assessmentadding a fitness tracker and visiting a fitness center. You can also earn pointsand make your life easierby signing up for paperless communications and enrolling in auto pay.*
Through Blue Pointsplan subscribers and their adult dependents can earn up to $100 in a calendar year that is redeemable for gift cards at retailers such as AmazonTargetStarbucks and more. Plan subscribers and their adult dependents are eligible to earn up to $100 a year each. For examplea family of four (all 18 or over) would each be able to earn $100 a year ($400 total).**

If you’re ready to start earning rewards and engaging in your health journeytake the first step by enrolling in Well onTarget.
To enrolllog in to Blue Access for MembersSM. Go to My Health and then Wellness. Look for Well onTarget and click Visit Well onTarget to get started.
You can also access Well onTarget through the BCBSTX App. The mobile app is available in English and Spanish for iPhone and Android users. Download the BCBSTX App from the Apple App Store

If you’re new to the BCBSTX Appwhen you first open itclick Sign Up and enter your BAM username and password.
